Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits or milestone payments may be required before work begins or continues. Invoices are payable in U.S. dollars.
You agree to provide accurate information and timely materials, feedback, and approvals needed for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables we create specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party materials, open-source components, or pre-existing tools, which remain subject to their own licenses.
The number of revisions included is defined in your agreement. Deliverables are considered accepted once approved or after a reasonable review period stated in the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” without further warranties. We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or revenue.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
